Your Real Estate Partners (YREP) is our land-acquisition arm, specializing in negotiating mutually beneficial sales / purchase contracts. From assisting with initial site analysis through deal negotiation to closing, we structure deals to maximize both sides return on investment. Whether you’re adding to a multi-family portfolio or securing single family sites, YREP brings decades of deal-making expertise to every transaction.
YREP is also a builders agent meaning we can act as your sales department helping you sell more homes.

Site work
Based in Minneapolis, Nelson Land Development transforms raw acreage into thriving residential communities. Our team handles installing the storm water management system, water lines, sanitary sewer, curb and gutter and preparing the pads so you get shovel-ready lots and predictable timelines.
We’ve successfully delivered sites for single family, multi-family and mixed use communities including hotel / motel complexes as well as resorts.

Group Buying Program & Process Improvement Coaching

Owner Representation
Our Owner Representation service acts as your advocate throughout the build process. We work with Your Plan Works to capture your dream into a 3D Design and blue prints, we work with you on material selections, we manage the budget, vet contractors, review shop drawings and conduct regular site inspections—so you’re never left in the dark. From design alignment through punch-list completion, we protect your interests and ensure your vision is executed flawlessly.

This is our third nationwide building venture along side Exquisite Custom Homes which is our high end product line and Nelson's Construction our multi-family, hotel / motel and student housing product line.
This company is going to be taking a direct shot at the big three builders (Horton, Lennar and Pulte) and other large builders like them that for years have ripped off the American home buyer with pathetic home plans, zero design effort, a choice of having the garage on the left or right and roll the die (yes singular as they don't have more than six options) on which shade of gray you get. And then we can talk about there disposable house theory where the house is trash after just 20 years when their mandatory warranty runs out.
Yes, this is a massive undertaking but a fight worth fighting.

This is the first company in the build out of my next company which is going to be a direct from manufacturer or builder warehousing and distribution company cutting all of the middleman markup out of the cost of materials for building homes.
This company allows us to buy at the best economical order point for filling shipping containers and selling off the extra light fixtures on E-bay that we don't need for a multi-family project.

Marketing Solutions
Your Marketing Partners specializes in turnkey branding, digital and print solutions for the home-building industry. Your Plan Works is our architecture and residential design studio. We craft custom home plans, elevations and interior layouts that balance aesthetics, function and cost. Whether you need a full turnkey design team or overflow support to handle peak volumes or even work to keep your in-house team busy during the slow times, our team integrates seamlessly with your architects, designers and engineers.
Your Plan Works also manages the CHBA Plan Exchange and is a trading hub for builders, architects and designers to market your home plans.

Property Management
