Fields to Foundations is an effort to do what we can to help America overcome the housing shortage and more importantly the affordable housing crisis by assisting builders with land developments and raising capital for them.
CHBA works hand in hand with Fields to Foundations by providing builders with a group buying power program to drive down material costs as well as most other areas of business spending, by providing coaching to improve business operations and human resources management, as well as Marketing Services, Recruiting Services and Networking to overcome the cottage industry mentality that is holding us back from meeting today’s demand for housing.
Your Real Estate Partners
YREP is the land acquisition branch of the company offering land sellers multiple ways to increase the amount received for their land.
Option #1 Partner with us on the land development and receive the amount that would have otherwise been paid to an equity or debt partner in the deal.
Option #2 Do a 1031 exchange to one of Fields to Foundations land developments or multi-family holdings to lock in long term passive income and avoid paying capital gains taxes.
YPM is our property management company over seeing the multi-family housing held by Fields to Foundations as well as other properties on a contracted basis from Toledo, Ohio to Lexington, KY and west to Wichita, KS and Bismarck, ND
Exquisite Custom Homes is Nick’s Owner’s Representation company helping couples that have very busy dual income families design and build their dream homes. We partner with other high end builders across the US to do the actual construction while we take the time necessary to really understand the Owner’s dream and to even help them develop their dream and then help to bring that to life for them while also making sure that they are not over paying for the build. We use our 50+ years of construction knowledge to deliver truly unique one of a kind custom homes.
Your Design Partners is a spin off of the Nelson’s Construction design team. Your Design Partners is available to be your design department or to just help out with overflow work.
Your Design Partners also manages the Custom Home Builders of America Plan Room.
